Service businesses and tourism infrastructure are essential to the growth and sustainability of the tourism
industry. By examining lodging options, transit networks, tourist services, and visitor satisfaction, this research investigates
the current condition of the tourism infrastructure and the service industry. The study used a mixed-methods approach,
integrating qualitative information from observations and interviews with quantitative information from secondary statistics
and tourist surveys. The results demonstrate that although tourism infrastructure has significantly improved recently,
issues with sustainability, service quality, and accessibility still exist. In order to sustain long-term tourism growth, the
study ends with recommendations for improving service standards and infrastructure efficiency.
