This article analyzes the impact of green economy development on production resources and the socio-economic
mechanisms used to assess this process. In particular, it explores how ecological approaches affect production resources
such as labor, capital, and land, as well as the role of renewable energy and technology, and the socio-economic aspects
of environmental policies. The article also proposes assessment indicators and analytical methods based on advanced
international experience
