Abstract

This article examines the benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of digital technologies in
libraries. The study highlights positive outcomes such as enhanced access to information and improved quality of library
services. At the same time, it addresses key barriers including infrastructural limitations and financial constraints. The
findings are based on data collected through questionnaires and supported by a comprehensive review of the relevant
literature.
