Abstract

The integration of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and ERP (Enterprise Resource
Planning) systems in oil and gas enterprises serves as an effective tool for enhancing production management, real-time
data processing, and the efficient utilization of enterprise resources. In the era of digital transformation, the establishment
of a unified information environment that combines technological process control with enterprise management has become
a key factor in improving operational performance and supporting sustainable development. This study examines the
functional capabilities of SCADA and ERP systems, information exchange mechanisms, and the opportunities created
through system integration. Particular attention is given to technological approaches that enhance data transmission
efficiency, improve the quality and speed of managerial decision-making, reduce operational costs, and ensure uninterrupted
production processes. The implementation of integrated management systems contributes to strengthening enterprise
competitiveness, optimizing information flows, increasing transparency, and improving coordination between production
and management activities. As a result, the integration of SCADA and ERP systems creates favorable conditions for
achieving higher productivity, operational excellence, and long-term organizational efficiency in oil and gas enterprises.
