This study aims to study strategies for adapting to international standards in the certifcation of qualitymanagement systems. The main objective of the study is to identify effective strategies to ensure compliance of quality
management systems and certifcation with international standards. The study was carried out using qualitative and
quantitative methods. At the initial stage, existing international standards and certifcation systems were analyzed, and
then questionnaires and interview methods were used to study the process of applying these standards in organizations.
As the results of the study show, many organizations are successfully implementing international quality management
systems, but there are some problems, such as a lack of resources and qualifed specialists. The study develops new
approaches and strategies for the certifcation of quality management systems. The original contribution of the study is
the introduction of scientifcally sound analysis and new proposals on the adaptation of quality management systems and
certifcation to international standards. For practitioners and policymakers, this study provides new recommendations on
quality management systems, especially in the application of international standards and the development of necessary
strategies to make organizations more competitive. The study is based on data obtained only from a few countries and
organizations. Future studies should be carried out on a more regional and global scale.
