Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of ensuring sustainable regional development and implementing
a green governance model. The study substantiates the need to modernize territorial management systems in
the context of increasing global climate change, resource scarcity, and evolving environmental challenges. It
also highlights the scientific and methodological aspects of rational resource use, improving energy efficiency,
waste management, and optimizing management processes based on digital technologies. The research
findings contribute to maintaining a balance between environmental and economic efficiency at the regional
